Panbesy Day 1

Hello everyone ! this blog will be all about my Weight loss journey with Panbesy !

I first got to know about Panbesy when a local blogger from Singapore blogged about how she lost weight. As she did not reveal the pill that she took, a quick search on the internet led me to Duromine, the appetite suppression pill that seems to fit all the criteria mentioned in her blog post. (Note, this is just my assumption. The blogger did not state what pill it was that she took nor did she tell me. All offence is unintended. I apologise in advance.)

Both Duromine and Panbesy have many side effects like dry mouth, insomnia, levated blood pressure, increased heart rate, nervousness, irritability etc so i was hesitant to take the pills at first.

I went on to youtube to find out more and i found this video of a woman who has taken the pills before. There are many more videos like that on youtube, you can continue on to take a look ! After watching these videos, I decided that the pills wee safe to consume and the side effects.. well no pain no gain right ? haha

So the next step was to find out where i could get those pills in Singapore ! Frankly speaking, there are websites online that are selling these pills but with medication, i feel like it is safer to visit a doctor and get the medication ! This way, the doctor can access you and also decide the amount of pills you should take !

And so i continued researching and  i found various blogs here  here  here and here  recommending Dr Keith Ong at Parsons Medical ! Seeing the large amount of people who recommended it and many positive reviews of it, i decided to book an appointment at the Yishun Branch ( because consultation is cheaper,) and i went for an appointment today morning.

I arrived at about 905am and was the second patient ! (I was late,  my appointment was at 9am but i got so confused about the bus to take !) I went in, the Doctor took my height and weight and measured my BMI. He told me about all the side effects and said I was the kind to gain calf muscles easily lol (no wonder keep running never lose weight, legs become fatter wtf) and advised me to do more stretching exercises or yoga instead ! He also told me to cut down on carbs, if i eat outside, just eat half the rice would do ! He also made it clear that these pills are not for long term purposes, and  asked me to come back in a month's time for a check. (if you go back within 6 months no need pay consultation !)

He then gave me a month's supply of Panbesy. 15mg for the first three days and 30mg for the rest ! (Consultation + Medication cost me $94)

So being a kanchiong spider, i took my first 15mg pill immediately after i left the clinic lol wtf. and around 30mins later, i started feeling very very VERY thirsty. I drank so much water (just dranked a whole cup of water down while typing this) and also, I felt full after eating three pieces of sushi wtf. tried to eat 1 more and I felt super full I actually felt like puking so I stopped and so  yup ! so far that's all the side effects I am feeling  right now !

oh a little information about me i am a female, 157cm tall and weigh 62.4kg ! will update more tomorrow to see how it goes!
