Panbesy Day 3

Hello ! So like I mentioned yesterday, I started on the 30mg Panbesy pill today instead of tomorrow and omg I did not feel hungry AT ALL. I woke up at around 645am, ate the pill and went on with my morning routine before having piece of bread for breakfast. I surprisingly felt full after that !(normally this would NEVER have happened wtf)

And I didn't eat anything till about 5pm (when my grandma forced a pear on me) gonna go grab some dinner after this post though, since it's probably not a good idea to skip so many meals plus I have a gastric problem ! :l

Anyway, moving on to the side effects, in this 30mg pill, I felt more increased heart beats. Like before when I was on the 15mg pill, I only felt it when I woke up from a nap/sleep. Throughout the rest of the day, I didn't feel it ! However on this 30mg pill, I could feel my heart beat pumping faster and more often in me as I was like sitting and all. On the dry mouth, it was about the same as when I had the 15mg pill !

A side effect that I got today that I didn't get when i was on the 15mg pill was irritability. I got so irritated at trivial things/situations that I would normally have been fine with it ! So I have been apologising a lot to people today because I will think back and realised it was nothing to get irritated at?

p.s if you are wondering how much weight I've lost so far, I'm waiting till a week is up before i weigh myself ! because what i have lose initially may be because I pooped lol wtf
