Day 28 !

Hello ! so sorry for the lack of update. the reason is cause, well nothing much happened? everything went on as per normal so I had nothing much to blog about !

Anyway for my meals, I continued doing what I mentioned on Day 16's post, I just eat half of what I usually eat before I started consuming panbesy. I also cut down on snacks, I rarely eat chocolates/fried food now! I only eat fast food when I am out with my friends and we're on a budget. Which is quite rare because school has started and we are all so busy ! and I ate lots of fruits ! really really lots of fruits ^^ I mostly drink plain water now, and rarely drink other drinks (except when I am eating fast food ~.~)

Regarding the consumption of panbesy, I have already stopped as mentioned on Day 16 with the exception of last Saturday where I had a family dinner at a buffet place with all of my relatives ! so I decided to have a panbesy so I won't feel hungry at all the whole day till 6pm where I ate quite a bit lol (it's almost impossible to go on a diet when your grandma's around !) So for that particular day I didn't eat any other meals, just drank lot's of water and then had dinner. Just on that day only though, on the other days went back to my half portion meals !

Weight Update  :

Day 1 :  62.4kg
Day 7 : 60.8kg
Day 16: 58.4kg
Day 28: 56.5kg

should have waited for two more days before posting cause that's when a month's up but oh well, doubt my weight will change much in two days so it's alright I guess ? Let's just count it as a month ! ^^ so I have lost 5.9kg in a month !

feeling quite pleased cause the last time I was 56+kg was like in secondary 2 which was like 5years ago? wtf (does this means I gained 1+kg every year ? ohgosh) and most importantly cause I didn't exercise at all lol not even for 1 minute (unless you count running for the bus, which doesn't happen often either lolz)

not sure if I'll continue updating cause everything seem's pretty much normal now ! maybe an update on 1st June or end May regarding which fats went off first and update on my weight? haha we shall see :) that's all for now bye !!
